We are pleased to introduce Cyndi Ball, our dedicated Membership Coordinator. Cyndi has been an integral part of our team for several years, bringing a wealth of experience from her work in multiple roles at Richmond Spine, including marketing, call center director, and coordinating various office operations. When Dr. Nazmi transitioned his practice to Executive Spine & Pain, he recognized Cyndi’s exceptional skills and knew she would be the ideal person to lead our new membership program.

Cyndi now coordinates many aspects of the membership experience and is often the friendly voice you hear on the phone or the welcoming face you see when you arrive for your appointment. Her bubbly personality and commitment to patient care make her a perfect fit for our team and a valued resource for our members.
