Exclusive Member Services
At Executive Spine & Pain, we provide outstanding care for patients who are experiencing pain due to conditions such as spinal stenosis, degenerative disc disease, disc herniation, arthritis, vertebral compression fractures and sciatica. Every patient receives individualized care that reflects their unique needs. By utilizing a variety of techniques and treatments including, facet joint injections, epidural steroid injections, radiofrequency rhizotomy, spinal cord stimulation, kyphoplasty and more.
Our team provides comprehensive, in-depth evaluations of patients' conditions, adopting balanced, conservative measures to address chronic pain and other symptoms. Spinal injections, and other treatments can be used to decrease the medication dose a patient needs, and also using low dose medications to reduce the number of injections or treatments a patient requires.

Epidural Steroid Injections
Epidural Steroid Injections (ESI) involves injecting a local anesthetic and a steroid medication directly into the epidural space that surrounds the spinal cord and nerve roots.

Facet Joint Injections
Facet Joint Injections may be performed to help diagnose the facet joints as the source of the patient's pain, as well as to provide relief from pain.

Spinal Cord Stimulation
Spinal Cord Stimulation (SCS) is used to replace pain with a different feeling. Some people describe this feeling as a gentle massaging sensation or, in some cases, simply the absence of pain.

Kyphoplasty
Kyphoplasty is a minimally invasive treatment that can repair fractures caused by osteoporosis, cancer, or benign lesions.

Platelet-Rich Plasma
Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) is beneficial for patients that have injured tendons, ligaments, and musculoskeletal issues and diagnoses such as osteoarthritis, Achilles tendon and plantar fasciitis.

Joint Injections
A joint injection is a procedure used in the treatment of inflammatory joint conditions, such as rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, gout, tendinitis, bursitis, Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, and occasionally osteoarthritis.

Radiofrequency Ablation
Radiofrequency Ablation (RA) is a medical procedure in which part of the electrical conduction system of the heart, tumor or other dysfunctional tissue is ablated using the heat generated from medium frequency alternating current.

Medial Branch Blocks
A Medial Branch Block (MBB) is an injection of local anesthetic administered near the medial branch nerves to temporarily block the pain signal carried from the facet joints of the spine and brain. It also assists in diagnosing the cause of your back pain.
